Hi, I am Laura and this is my wee family. My husband Richard and my children; Caleb, Isaac and Rose. We all make up the Rosebuds team.
We're based not far from the north coast of Northern Ireland and love where we live. If we aren't on the beach walking and digging tunnels then we're adventuring in forests or trying out the buns in our favourite coffee shops. In a past life I was a youth worker, specifically working in the field of drugs and sexual health education, and then for a few years we lived and worked in West Africa. While there I loved being able to bring Caleb with me to work every where which is the cultural norm in most African countries.
So when we came back and I was pregnant with Isaac I knew I wanted to do something so that I could be around my children as much as possible. Rosebuds grew out of that desire.
Fast forward to baby #3 (miss Rose) and after my maternity leave was over (from a local coffee shop) I knew that it was time to give up give up working outside the home. A few packets of beads later and lot of research and I was ready to go! launched in 2018 and a website in 2019 and here we are!
